Transitions
This program is designed for professionals making a career change, recent graduates, professionals new to Canada, and individual re-entering the workforce.
Congratulations, you have officially taken the first step in beginning you career transition by reviewing this Program! This program consists of 4 - 60 minute sessions, totalling 4 hours of 1 on 1 time with your very own Career Coach (via Zoom). We work with professionals across many industries and career levels, we understand that your goals are unique, this is why our programs are completely customized to you!
Our process
Discovery
Your first sessions will be a Discovery call to learn about your specific goals and what you want to accomplish working with us. Assessments may be included during this call. After your Discovery Session, your Coach will be hard at work customizing and optimizing a program just for you.
Custom Program Begins
Now that we understand your goals, your dedicated Coach will describe your custom program and the framework for your next 3 sessions. Sessions could include, but not limited to: Personal Branding, job search strategy, negotiation tactics, personal pitch & value proposition development, interview coaching, networking strategy, and more!
Action Plan
Before the end of your last session, your Coach will share your personalized Action Plan. This will be your blueprint and guide for the next steps in your journey. Ready to begin?
If you are currently an Executive or considering this big next leap (aspiring Executive), we understand the many challenges you face at this level. This is why we have designed and fine-tuned a program with you in mind, a program like no other!
This is a comprehensive program that not only includes 3 x 1 on 1 sessions with your Coach but also all of your marketing material, such as resume+cover letter writing and LinkedIn updating. We will also share a customized Thank-You letter template and include unlimited 30 day email support with your coach.
We understand time is scarce, which is why we've included all of your career essentials in this one comprehensive package on top of your individualized 1 on 1 coaching sessions.
